Typically pain management or sometimes called work hardening programs are technique oriented. They tech body mechanics, some kind of excersizes to reduce preassure, stress, muscle toning, build up momentum.
Then they expect you to run in a marathon-no I was lidding on that one.
Some are better than others and have a better reputation than others.
