ok what happens if they cant fufill my light duty requirements and i cant work do i collect wc benefits or what how am i paid?

you should be placed off work and should be able to collect TTD checks. If you have already fulfilled the waiting period then the checks won't take long to get going again - hopefully - if not then you will have a waiting period before the checks starts.

we will help you through this

ttd - is temp total disability

NJ is 70% up to the state max of $711 for the year of 2007

all of this is normally payable through the wc - i.e. insurance carrier - if the company is self insured then they will pay it through a third party administrator most likely. But even that could still be an insurance company name that you are familiar with.
