How to find my Case Number
I had a workerscomp claim 20 years ago in Illinois and I'm wondering how to find out my case number from back then. Is there a place I can call.

RE: How to find my Case Number
Any of Your Old Correspondence from the i/c will have Your Case Number on it. You May also be able to Contact the WCB in Your Area for that info., or if You had any dealing with Social Security it could be found there also. You could also check any old Medical Bills if available, every piece of Paper concerning Your w/c claim would have had Your Claim No. on it. Best of Luck, and Welcome to the Board!!

(Poohill), Yes their is away to find out your case number by contacting the court were you had your hearing. Or if you look on line by putting some of you personal infro. under the WC in Ill. Providing that their is no status of limation. Everything goes by your social security. Even where you are right now, by contacting the WCBoard they might beable to assist you better.
Good Luck and God Bless |
