Not really sure what to do at this point!!
ok all i have made a few posts before and have gotten some great responses...But i have been thinking about this all weekend and the more i think about it the more angry i am....I am im severe pain with my neck and have really bad numbness and tingling and pain in both my arms left more so...I am a mail handler and use my hands daily as well as lift and bend also...I fianlly went to the WC dr who is a kook on thursday after telling my human resource guy on thursday thats he needs to fill out a report i went up there 2 1/2 months ago and told him im having severe pain and numbness in my arm and he said well get am emg test done and if its carpal tunnel and you need surgery we will fill out the report meanwhile i went threw my own insurance and both drs i saw sports med dr and neuro both said work related and he never filled out a report because i didnt need surgery now 2 1/2 months later and my neck and arms are not better and im in severe pain he fianlly filled out a report now im back to square one again after spending a ton of m,oney on copays and meds each dr visit is 50 copay...And the wc dr has me on limited duty how do i get better if im still doing repeptitve movment with my hand and he didnt even order a emg test only mri of spine/neck pt 3x a week for 3 weeks im so aggrivated what do i do

get a lawyer now.......post office I believe has different rules than the rest of us so better check it out with a certified WC lawyer....at least get info
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

You still need a work comp certified attorney. Other IW's have found attorneys on this web site. Look at the top of the page. Good Luck |
