hey bud - sorry that the pain levels have really hit you hard. Sounds like with the weather we are getting things may not be getting easier any sooner. So sorry

Have you looked up any of the meditation information on-line yet? I know with your pain levels right now it may not help much - but it also may help some - one never knows. Sometimes it's hard to take control over the pain and pain controls us - trust me - I have had a couple of days like that lately. But just thought may be something that you can try and look into - maybe even with your counseling they can help you with.

I pray you get control of your pain levels soon and that hopefully they find something that helps you.

I am so sorry to hear of your pain getting worse Im. There are many days i feel the same way and sit here with my eyes half closed reading half of these postings as the medicine can really knock you on your butt sometimes. I hate having to take them, but feel it controls my pain. I truely hope you come back and check in with us when it gets under control. We all need to stick by each other and help each other out in a time of need.

We do understand sometimes people need to do what is best for them. Please take care and know you are in our thoughts.
