nobodys body will absorb enough b12 from a pill to do anygood
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

I've been giving myself B12 for about 3 months now. First doc had me on a 1mg shot per week schedule for a month then once every 3 weeks. It seemed to be helping for awhile but now I'm always tired as usual. I have epstein-barr so I may never have much energy. Sure hope they help you though
