My dad just finished radiation treatments for a rather large cancerous lump in his neck about a month ago. They did another pet scan afterwards and have now found a spot on his lung. Moving is now the least of my worries and I don't want to get any further from him so I'm going to stay where I'm at for awhile.

If you wouldn't mind please add my dad to your prayer list.

Hon,

You know since I received your message on face book that I have had your dad, family and you in my prayers. If God brought you to this, he will see you through it. And when the time is right, you will be able to make the move either to FT Worth... or, if it is meant to be.. Wichita Falls. I talked to Randy about the possibility of what I posted on FB.. and he seemed to like the idea as well. We would just have to look into running a line and adding a meter for you, as well as tying you into the sewer and water line. We've been wanting to finish fencing the back yard since I got here, just haven't done it. Now, we would have a reason to. And, if it comes down to it, I know a few friends that might be able to assist in getting your trailer up to either Ft Worth or the Falls.

You take care of you and what you need to do for your peace of mind. Hopefully what was sighted on the scam isn't as bad as it might be and your dad has many,many years ahead of him.

You know I lost my dad 7 years ago. So I was where you are right now not long ago. I am here and not that long of a drive from you if you need me. And you have my phone number if you need to talk.

Girl you know I am always happy to hear from you but I know you are hurting really badly and wish you would rest.

I promise I am fine and things are going okay. I just get a little frustrated sometimes but things are good.

I really can't move to your neck of the woods because the humidity is so high. There are so many meds that I can't take I wouldn't be able to handle it. I can't take Lyrica or Neurontin for the Fibro. I try to take as little RA medicine as possible because of the side effects. I don't know if the Epstein Barr acts up more in the heat and humidity or if the weather just completely drains me.

But I am keeping my head up, just tired of not sleeping lol.

You need rest though I wil be fine as always. You need to take care of you right now girlfriend. If your surgery has been scheduled I haven't read about it. I hope they get it done asap you need it.

Gonna try and get some sleep. A storm blasted through here, lightning strikes everywhere but we got lots of mch needed rain. Now the humidity will really kick my butt but we needed it so I'll just stay in the a/c as much as I can

~L~ Don't you know that is why some smart person invented dehumidifiers and air conditioners ?? You go from air conditioned house, to air conditioned car, to air conditioned building and then reverse the process ~L~ I am going to look through some of my things that I have stored, as I believe I have a small dehumidifier, and if I still have it, it is yours if you want it.

No call from the Dr's office as of yet in regards to the surgery. If no call tomorrow, I will stress through the weekend and call them on Monday. I really need to have it done by next Thursday if I am going to have the stitches out before we leave for MO on the 29th. And that is pushing it. Otherwise, I am afraid it will have to wait till after we get back the middle of July. And the ortho has his doubts that getting me in this month will really be of any good as bad as the neuropathy is. I have only been trying to get something done with this since June of last year. That is why I originally began going to the PM in Keller. My original neurologist didn't/doesn't prescribe any pain meds/therapy or do any surgeries. In my eyes, she was a waste of an education. All she does is testing and then doles the patients out to others.

I go to my PM in Keller on Monday. Which is a good thing, as I am now 100% positive that the EMG/NCS has caused the RSD/CRPS to move into my right arm from shoulder to fingertips. My hand is getting the discoloration, inflammation and change in temp like my feet do and I am getting the "liquid fire" and pins and needle feeling from my wrist to almost the shoulder. When I woke up this morning, the back of my hand felt like an ice cube, although it had been under 2 sheets, a thermal blanket and a down comforter. I was ready to cut it off by the time I finished driving home from Ft Worth this afternoon. I am also going to ask my PM to contact the ortho to talk to him about pain management before, during and after the surgery, as I don't want to end up with RSD/CRPS in my left arm, and believe with the right blocks before, medications/anethesia during and another block after, we may be able to keep it from happening from what I have been told by others.

Any way, I am off to la la land, or so I hope. Pain meds aren't doing a thing for me tonight, but I am one bushed baby, so going to try any way. Y'all have a good Friday. Sweet Dreams.
