Paying medical bills
Nm is the state.
My niece is struggling with Workman's comp and I just can't believe this crud! She is in horrible pain, had a botched surgery and this just drags on. Mentally she is also trashed now. She is seeing a psychiatrist and her bill is now up to $6000 and Workman's comp hasn't paid the Dr a penny. He will end up having to drop her. She does have a lawyer. Is there anything that can be done to make them pay this bill. She was referred to him and they are paying for meds but not the Dr. Thanks. |
