Drug interactions and side effects

We've read many times recently about people here adding medications or changing medications. If you don't already, you need to know what you put in your body. But not only that. You need to know how all your meds, supplements and OTC's can interact with each other. Doctors and pharmacists don't always know your med regimen and/or just don't know the interactions themselves.

We have to be our own advocates. I know from experience. I've been hurt by medications when I fully trusted my doctors. I don't blame anyone but myself. Here's a site I use regularly now.
