Anyone got any tips or tricks on how to do normal things when you are in pain? Like house hold chores and personal care?
Probably TMI but shaving my legs kills me! I'm thinking of tying the razor to a stick.. And laundry, ugh! If I had known this was going to happen I would have gotten front loading machines so I could sit. The only thing I've found so far that helps during is having a chair to sit in and loooooots of breaks. What about you? I'm sure there are lots of clever people on here.... I live in CA, it's not always sunny... And the Workers Comp sucks!
