If we were to use our nsurance here it could cause all sorts of issues. Thankfully for me the PTP I see was recommended to me as the best in the area from a spinal surgeon and I got really lucky he was on the approved list with the IC. He's been a blessing. He really looks out for me not only medically but even with legal things. I know this may not be the norm. Really sounds like you need a new doc.. In NJ are you allowed to change PTP's? If so, I would ASAP! I live in CA, it's not always sunny... And the Workers Comp sucks!

RE: Need Some Advice. What Now?
I had 1 WC doctor that said I need surgery and 1 WC doctor said that I am MMI. What now? Does anyone knows what will happen at this point?

RE: Need Some Advice
Sounds like you are kinda screwed. If you don't have the surgery I believe they will mark you as MMI anyway and send you back to work. And of course the IC will want to side with the doc who says you are MMI because they won't want to pay for surgery. =|
