yes, if the doctor believes your arm pain is related to your work duties you can still file.
the fact that you did not seek treatment right away and waited until you were fire will likely cause them the question it so don't expect them to approve benefits quickly.
unless things turn around, Wisconsin is becoming unfriendly to workers.
