I am just sharing what the health insurance company told me after I settled my case with closed medical.

I will never be able to get a health insurance company to cover the work comp knee injury.

Course this is a fact the attorneys forget to tell their clients.

DAHUBB I injured my left shoulder also I lost the capacity of moving my arm, the insurance doctor gave 31%PD can You share what was your rating? because I want to settle my case since I am allready permanent and stationary. Thanks

P.S. as I posted earlier there are a number of variables needed to convert a WPI to a PD rating--they are not the same.
