Moving while being treated
Hello I am from Missouri and I will be moving to CO. in april. Right now I am supposed to receive an injection in my right hip for a labrum tear, and then after that I am supposed to get an MRA IF it helps my pain.
After I'm done being treated I still need to see my lawyers doctor and then I think I have to go back to court. Will WC pay for this travel back to KC for this? Also will they have to continue treatment out there? I wont have a car out there so will they have to pay for my travel to the doc? Also are hip injections considered ppd. I am working full duty right now but in bad pain and hoping the injections will work. |

yes if additional treatment is required and you can find a doctor in colorado that accepts Missouri comp fees and can meet reporting rquirements.
transportation for you go to court to litigate your claim will not be paid by your employer/carrier. i don't know about your rebuttal medical evaluation but I doubt it. |
