You can look at it both ways, if an injured worker post any kind of pictures or statments that would cause wc to investigate would be stupid on thier end.. But then again if one was to do somthing out and beond thier restrictions on a continous fassion, then mabe they need to be investigated..

I find fb an easier tool to keep up with friends, relatives I dont get to see often... But what you wont find on my facebook wall is me posting with the exception of the games I play.. It boils down to using common sense, even my attorney has told me they monitor many puplic social networks. He told me it would take some realy hard evidence that a judge would side with wc.. We may all be injured but were not dead yet..
