I know in florida or at least my WC ins wont cover laser according to my adjuster. I think we all want minimally invasive but its not an option. My surgeon said he wont do a surgery before 4-6 months to give it time to reabsorb, after that he said it could take years if it even does.

I asked the neuro surgeon and then a workers comp lawyer who is also a registered nurse and they both said and i will quote " never believe the absorption rates for a disc injury" they both said most scenarios do eventually absorb the fluid and the disc while smaller will be ok but average disc injuries vary and many times they never absorb and the disc will always show as herniated for years on end
