any advice appreciated
Im in Bama and have been on wc for 12 years. 26 surgeries, a nice hefty dose of MRSA that nearlly killed me, as well as Hepatitis C thats still with me, tore up my back, left knee, thats now artificial, and my shoulder all at the same time, and finally settled in 2008 between surgeries. Here it is 2012 and they still surveil me, and are starting to give me a rough time about getting medical assistance. My attorney kinda messed up and now I cant get my disability, they said I waited too long to file, but I followed my atorneys advice? I dont get that part, and I think they intend to take me to court for a reversal of my permant total disibility . Does anyone have something to offer that might be of assistance please? Oh yeah.... And please understand that if you email me, I do have Hep C and the fatigue is herendous, so it may take a day or so to pick up the email, as I sleep 20 hours a day, but feel free to sned anyway, thanks.....JJ

RE: any advice appreciated
for complicated case like yours with pending litigation you should get a new atty.
one that specializes in workers compensation.

My original atty was a comp specialist and did a fairly good job in court, but all he had to do was to decide the AWW and get them to do the right thing about my back injury, which he did. He just didnt know the law on disability insurance from the Gov. But you may be right anyway, I dont want to lose the benefits after just 4 years and all the crap Ive gone through. I lost a 6 figure job for 362. per week for the rest of my life, and thats unless they can take it away for some trumped up reason, which looks like what they are trying to do.. It sucks to live here, but to get hurt here and go through this is unreal. Thanks for the advice though..........
