another question
How long does it take to get a trial date in Oklahoma workers comp court after the lawyer files a form 9. And what can I expect to happen at court.

RE: another question
no set time each location has its own schedule, calendar, and workload.
it depends on the issues; generally submission of evidence, some arguments maybe testimony. |

RE: another question
critter WC is a hurry up and wait no matter what state you are in....I did find that I did get in alot faster than some of the others on here I have the same injuries as C_F I settled in 2 years in Okla he is on his 10th year. when push comes to shove I believe it all comes down to the court calendar and those who are involved in your case.Your Drs, lawyers, adjusters and you.You all have to work together to get you well and thru the system.
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

RE: another question
Critter my injuries were bilateral knees and back plus ohter injuies I kept out of the claim.
It was 6 years before my claim was settled. That was in part due to the delays in medical treatment and delays in the judge making a decision. |
