RE: Letter From My Attorney
I wish I knew more about you so I could offer an opinion. It sounds like you have been going through this for years though, so I think you would know way more than me anyway. I hope things work out for you.

C-F. I believe you had said you and your attorney was going for tottal for life..... This is the same with my attorney, I am not that far yet because I still have medical issues that require surgery, but wont make me able to perform any work.

It sounds like to me that he may want you to settle now. Or maybe he was just giving you choices..

Bronco he is giving me choices, since he was approached by empkoyer attorneys, so now he is leaveing it up to me..I will call them first of week and talk to him about the pros cons and choices of all my options. But this was not something I was expecting at this time.

Hello Cervical Fusion
I also just received a letter saying I may be able to take a lump sum. I think having a weekly payment plan in the long run will be the best bet. I know they won't come close to a payment totaling over 20 years. I feel like they want you to grab at the carrot.
Good luck in your decision and feel better

Take Care and Be Well
Tom
