Whats a Final report?

Hello im from ca , and wanted to know what a final report is because when i went to see my lawyers doctor today he said on my next visit hes gonna write the final report for my lawyer and i had my injury in march and still have pain but he seems to think its because of weak muscle's on my back, which i dont agree with but anyways i just want to know what happens after the final report?

probably a report stating that there in nothing more medically that can done.
what happens afterwards depends on what issues still remain to be resolved and how the parties want to resolve them.

i been on and off wc since 2006,this latest ordeal has been 18 months on wc,its always something!
