RE: How easy is it to spot private detectives?
Don’t even ask, Its apparent there is an agenda for them to be here, I’m not fooled, and anyone can jot down a fake little description and claim to be it. Who else would TRY so hard to shoot down and discredit any mentioned of P.I. behavior and tactics and totally discredit someone telling their story calling them a liar....... Yeah who would do that….dead giveaway

Its a wolf in sheeps clothing tending the heard and you will just be wasting your time proving anything to this moron ….. Go stand in the rain and he will tell you its not raining and it never has and never will…….. Please…………..

I looked up my State's Law: MGL 265 section 43 and it basically says that emotional distress had to be established in the complaint of stalking. It doesn't exempt PIs.

By the way, what type of law enforcement positions did you perform?
Why do you participate in this forum if you have such a contempt for injured workers?

I'd love for you to provide the actual case citations for those cases you claim were upheld. If you "sheppardize" case law, you'll find some accurate citations - googling won't help. You have to read the entire published decision to determine what was decided.

Emotional distress has to be established ? That's what the Courts call overly-broad. It doesn't leave a lot of room for definitive proof. I can claim emotional distress, but how do I prove it ?

I'm not going to post my resume here, sunshine. I was in law enforcement and investigations for 17 years. Being fed up with the "good 'ol boy" antics, I left and joined the "dark side". I worked as a law firm Investigator / Paralegal for a CRIMINAL DEFENSE, PERSONAL INJURY, WORKERS COMPENSATION law firm.

So, how in the hell do you determine that I have contempt for the IW ? I AM an IW and fighting my own fight. I have fought diligently FOR the IW for almost 10 years !

I call it like it is. If you don't like that, move on. Just because I'm on the side of the IW and not supportive of the IC's and ER's doesn't mean I will ONLY say things that are slanted toward the IW. Sometimes, the truth is just the truth.

I just discovered this thread, and am only part way through, but I am headed for the microwave to pop a bag.

All I can say at this point is that I agree with LeglEgl, in that PI's are not used as much as many here think they are. They are way too expensive for the months long, 24 hour a day campaigns that many here have described over the years.

Remember the guy who thought that PI's were following him in multiple helicopters? What a hoot.

I may have more after I look through the rest of this thread. Don't tell me how it turns out.

I like to be surprised. Big Grin

Nice wink.......

To be honest, our local airport merged with (((name))) and now we have bigger planes.. We have so much air trafic over our place and seeing more and more of the smaller planes over the house... I think maybe thats how there watching me, the south east field is all fenced in and the only access from the main rd is 3/4 of a mile... I have been seeing bird houses along the fences and I'm wondering if there are cameras video taping me in them..... Do you's think its possible, or am I panicing...... Or its possible my Prozac dose is to small......

I hope you're being sarcastically humorous.

Damn. I TOLD them the bird house cameras would be too obvious. And the smaller planes are now effective because technology has reduced the size of all that sophisticated surveillance equipment.....

Why in tarnation would they put birdhouses at an airport? Most airports spend a great deal of money trying to keep them away.

Careful your little "peek" doesn't invite a little "peck" !!
