SCHWAN DRIVER, New member to the forum
I came accross another injured worker, I would like to introduce him to the forum.
This is the driver for the Schawn Company who delivers to my home. I do not know the name he will use of the forum or his entire story but he will share that. His plans are to join the forum Saturday. |

RE: New member to the forum
Did you mean Schawn or Schwann's? If it is Schwanns make sure he brings Raspberry Cordials! He'll get extra special treatment from me!

RE: New member to the forum
The correct spelling is Schwans, just looked at a flyer he left earlier this week.
Admin, I don't know if they have the Raspberry Cordials, but the company sure has a large selection of food. |

RE: New member to the forum
Unfortunately they discontinued the Raspberry Cordials some time back. My parents used Schwan's in New Mexico and I used to love those things.....

Still use them on occasion. Best polish sausage on planet Earth.

RE: New member to the forum
Now we might scare away new member if they think they have to bring treats for everybody but I'm all for it. People might come out of the wood work to answer questions other post if they got treats.

RE: New member to the forum
When I was in MI. I used to spend upwards of $200 a month on Schwann's products. I always pre-ordered my Easter and Christmas hams from them.
In 1998/1999 I was office assistant for the NW regional office of Schwann's located in Ft. Collins, CO. Loved the job there, even if it was through a temp agency. I would open the office in the morning and leave before closing in the afternoon/evening. Because I actually worked there, I could place my order in the AM, the guys would get it together while I worked and have it in a box ready to go by the time I left. It was really nice that I got the employee discount Angel ^j^ I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane. ************ Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open |

Bring on some good treats, wife and I use to feed our kids from the Schwann man. We both worked and he would come to our house late in the evening after the wife got home, so she could actually do a lot of the grocery shopping without haveing to leave the house. worked out good for a tired lady with 2 kids to deal with at the time. Oh yes and the food was always great eating.
