RE: how to fire your lawyer
select another atty; they will take care of the paperwork. there will be a single fee shared among all your attys.

RE: how to fire your lawyer
Depending upon State Law, as it can vary greatly, sometimes, the claimant (IW) can, through his/her AA (attorney) petition the Court to deny or limit attorney fees to the first attorney of record if it can be shown that no representation had been proffered.
Talk with another attorney and be up front with them about this. DISCLAIMER: I am not an attorney. While drawing from my professional training and experience in law enforcement and as a former Paralegal, no comments offered should be considered as legal advice. |
