im back with a few new questions
Hi
I am back after being a wayfor a while.Iwas injured a year ago last march and nended up having a cervical spine injury, I had surgury but and still not doing too well.Still have numbness and a lot of pain, been through several physical therapist but nothing seems to help.I also have several bulging discs in back and walk with a cane still. I have had just about every back and neck injection you can get.I still take Kadian 50mg and percocet 10mg three times a day as well as others.
My main question is where do I go from here? I am receiving ptd payments but have heard nothing from insurance company in months.I have had no ime appointments or ratings.

Any advice or suggestions

RE: im back with a few new questions
it's very strange that you were told that you were permanently totally disabled without a rating.
How would anyone know what your disability level was and that it would be permanent without medical evidence or a court finding?

you're right---something strange here.
is it possible they had a conversation with your doctor that you were unaware of?

why do you want to change the situation?
