September Court Date
We just found out from the attorney he has a court date September 13th. He had a court date in June but it was canceled by his attorney and actually when everyone found out he had one. He's still waiting on the results of this last dr he was sent to but the attorney did say the previous dr gave him a rather low rating. We expected this though.
Is the first court date usually just mediation of some sort? I was hoping to be able to go, but since I changed positions at work I may be still training and unable to attend. |

you really never know...most court dates are cancelled or worked out in the halls of the courthouse....
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
