Health Insurance.
5 years ago I had work related injury. I had operation, physical therapy, I was getting TTD and PPD checks.
Reached MMI. Now I just exist, working for little money, with not available health ins. from my current employer. Now I work part time.Because of my accident and a very very physical therapy time that employer terminated my health insurance. Do I have any legal right to demand to get back my insurance? MD. |

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
