How long do I have to wait for settlement after Therapy, QME's Eval and Deposition?

my case has been going on for 3*yrs and not as bad as you r case. don't look for anything soon

I can't speak for all cases but my DOI was in 1984 and I settled (C&R 8I) 26 years later in 2010. YEA 26 years !
