Top twisted out of Trees

We had real high winds about 1 hour ago. I have debris all over my yard. It is a mess. We need the Rain but we do not need the High winds, Big time Lightning. My nerves are shot.

My wife is driving 40 miles out of her way to avoid this mess and she still got nailed. She is out of the bad crap as I type. NOT A GOOD NIGHT IN NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA.

Freebird I am sorry about the mess but glad you are okay...its been a rough weather year,I wonder what the fall storms are gonna be like? are the storms gone for the night there?

Yes. In the summer they blow through around 5-6 PM like a Bat out of Hell. When night falls, the storms generally calm down. It is fine here except my wife is not home yet BUT only 15 minutes away.

This is the time of year when we have the worse storms from May through mid Sept.
