wicked employer
well I am just about at the end of my rope. My employer who had no coverage on me when i fell and broke my shoulder is really trying to make my life hell. She has sent investigaters out 2 times..told them I was working..which of course is a lie..but now she has had them call a friend of mine. They had the information that he had wrote me a check for 150 dollars...so were they in my bank account? How this happened is I needed new brakes and rotors around my car and I didn't have enough to pay for it until the following thursday. So my friend and neighbor told me he would loan it to me. I had the work done and when thursday came and I tried to pay him back..he told me to keep it for my birthday. He works weekends and I have went down to let his puppys out and I know he appreciates it but does not pay me for it. This was a one time check. I just can't understand why they keep believing my employer. I just hope they are charging her for doing all this unecessary investigating. Does this ever end?[/size]

RE: wicked employer
yes i have a lawyer and I told him about her latest stunt. He told me to call the ormsbud office..which i did and they said they could do nothing except handle claims. I was wondering if i should go to my bank and ask them why they are giving out my information. I guess the good news is..she did get 3 letters this week from the ohio attorney general..so i am thinking this might be serious.

RE: wicked employer
Hello Gaucli, Please bare with me as this is my 1st post on this forum.
I assume you have filed a WC claim against your employer? In doing so you have signed away many rights of privacy in order to comply with the laws. This includes private investigators prying around your life. Your employer sounds like a real "winner"?? No I dont believe your bank info has been compromised, I think this is the work of your employer's investigator. OK the issue is this check for 150?? If your employer gave the phone #, of the friend, whom loaned you 150, then there must have been a conversation. They ask your friend if they ever gave you $$. Thinking they were helping you they reply yes 150 for your brakes. Then they ask does she ever do anything for you? They may reply yes she lets my dogs out on weekends when working. It may have been the investagator who tied this together. The bottom line is, it is the investigators who gave your employer what it wants, which is anything that can be determined discrediting your claim for work comp benefits. They continue to believe your former employer because they are paid by her. I would not worry as your employer is trying to save her butt, and sadly she does this by pushing up pressure on you. The JUDGE of Compensation knows many tactics used by ins carriers. They also know a sincere employee. Just be yourself We dont know the nature of the letters from Attorney General, but one should be the issue of not having WC ins on you. Most of these issue are of an administrative nature and will not help your pending wC claim. No if you go to the bank unsure exactly how this info was disclosed you may make a fool of self. No Bank will admit fault. Just let it go, but keep eyes open for odd things, but for now just be you. BUG (06-30-2011 10:24 PM)gaucli Wrote: yes i have a lawyer and I told him about her latest stunt.
