Settlement Question ....

Hello all,Sunshine here and I have a ?. Can I send in a settlement offer to the ic? also do they have to do monthly payment or can i get a lum sum which would be better.I have had 2 offers in 8 years the last one the MSA was good but, the up to 16 years paid bi-weekly was not good and the up front cash was a slap in the face.has anyone ever made an offer to settle with their IC.Thank everyone<3

yes but you should not contact the carrier/employer directly if you are represented.
you should put your state in your profile to make it easier for others to respond.

yes you can request a commutation of awarded permanent disability.
