Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I am in the process of settling my W.C. case, but my attorney continues to play the other side. I am so close I do not want to fire him...NOT NOW AT LEAST! I have redone the mediated agreement three times as the other side continues to put anything but the agreement in writing. My question is: Is it normal to make a side contract for the medical payout? They have agreed to everything, but will not put the medical agreement amount in the agreement. They are writing a seperate agreement for that. I am not sure, but doesn't W.C. decide how much I receive depending on my case? Also, shouldn't everything agreed upon be included in the original contract? Thanks

because every state is different as far as rules, benefits, and procedure for workeres comp we ask that poster give their state when asking for information.
