In the middle of the top area you will see where it says USER CP
that is where you can change your options and other items ..

Please to make it easier on the helpers on this forum It woud be nice to put what state you are from
Everystate is different as to the rules are ...

Also way at the top of the screen is A click link that says INfro by state Which gives the laws for each state which can be somewhat helpful. so check it out
