Timeframe for payments due...
Assuming everyone (DA,CA) has signed off on my AA's request to reinstate my TTD benefits and pay my retro benefit $$, is there a window that the IC has to send out the payments? I'm in CA. - btw.

it depends on the facts.
if there is no formal award and only a verbal negotiated agreement that resolves a dispute then no.
undisputed benefits have 14 days before automatic penalty has to be paid.

Cool....no dispute, they acknowledge they owe me. 14 days from...what? The AME report saying he put me back on TTD? Or?

14 days from the time they received the AME report.
you can file for additional penalties with the comp court
see L.C. 5814
