Voc Rehab

Has anybody had a vocational rehabilitation from WC? Does it work? I read that once you are in you MUST participate.

I have not been through the program, but it was in place before they said I was mmi and quit paying for benifits... Here in my state if you take the vocational rehab and they are still paying you ttd and you dont particapate, your bennifits stop....

california did away with voc rehab a few years back

Yep, the Governator changed the VocRehab in CA to a voucher program whose dollar value is based on some criteria...I may end up in that hoop to jump through after all my surgeries are done.
