Here is the thing, you dont hear of it because unless a officer sees the scripts they dont suspect dui. Its not like your smelling of beer or weed. Here in wi rules are placed on narcotic driving, if your caught you get a dui.. If your involved in a accident and they find out your under the influence, you get the dui and your at fault.. It does not matter if you dr is licensed or not you going to pay the price..

Just before I went back to work 1st time my ncm tried telling my dr I can drive on narcs. She said you just set up a appoinment with the DOT and they test your impairment while under the influence, reaction times....e.t.c... Any ways, my dr would not release me to drive under the narcs... I have driven as well under the use of vicodin, its like candy to me, but I dont excuse my self. If its not a high pain day I wont take my narcs if I need to run to town.. But if it is a high pain day, I keep my butt home.. I used to drive on vicodin, but now on percocets and gabapentin there is n o way I'm risking getting caught or killing my self or others... Like my Attorney says, are you feeling like a dizzy blonde.......
