from florida,
been on ttd since injury 2/21/ 11, just rcvd notice for dposition next month..about to have rtc surgery next week/ common for ic to request a depo this late in case??? then have mediation hearing following month=august..... |

I had one several years ago. My attorney meet with me before the deposition and reviewed what would take place with advice on answering questions.
A rep for the insurance company asked a list of prepared questions with the deposition lasting less than an hour. In my case the insurance company was trying to discover information to use against me, that did not happen. |
