Well looks as if they are again after me for Pet. To Suspend or Terminate. This will be the 3rd hearing this year. Every other month. Its almost like they get the denial within 2 weeks and as soon as they do the file again. Nothing has changed positively for their side so why do they continue?
They have offered 2 settlement amounts that I have declined. Im just sooo fed up w this bull excrement. Its the same everytime. Well except this time they are making me travel further for this hearing. From about 5min away to about 30min away.

don't assume the carrier is calling the shots on these.
it generates fees for the defense atty.
don't expect the atty to stop until the carrier decides it's costing too much for legal services.
your atty can subpoena the adjuster & the claims manager to each one. maybe when they are inconvenienced just as much as you, they'll reign in the atty who is churning the case.

I shall ask my attny this and see what we can do. I am a bit irritated that my attny is on a first name basis with the IC attny's. I know my attny has been doin this for a very long time so....i am sure he knows alot of diff attny's. It just rubs me the wrong way that he has done sooo much work w this particular IC and their attny's.
Also they keep dragging me back in every 2 months I hope they get sick of it soon. They are goin to start rackn up the legal fees real quick. Doesnt doin this take possible $$ from settlement? My attny said that if I agree to settlement before they do Doctor interviews thats $$ that could come my way. But what they are offering wont even cover my medical expenses for 2 yrs.

Sometimes I feel the lawyers like to drag things out so they can make more money on these cases. When they limit the fee's they can get on parts it only makes some look for way to get more on the extra's. Sad but I'm sure true in some cases

of course they know each other it a small amount of lawyers that do this work so they band together.....it used to really get me before court my lawyer and the other sides would laugh and joke about last weekend and where they would meet for a drink later...then the minute court was called to order they were at each others throats...its a game and the outcome depends on how long you and the other side wanna play.....the lawyers are just your mouths......dont be fooled they dont give the game away.....their payday depends on the outcome...but they are still friends at the end of the day
