Malpractice
I have been advised by another workers comp attorney that he can't take my case. Not enough money in it.
He advised me I may have a malpractice suit against my present workers comp attorney.
Well I just want treatment.
I'm pretty sure I don't want to do that.(Malpractice) That's money I don't have. I will send everything to State of California and let them decide.
I don't ask for anything but treatment for my accepted injured parts. That's why I have attorney.
Well guess I will keep plugging a way looking for another attorney. May be I haven't found the right one for a reason. My Doctor's will keep the appeals going.
I will kept using ice packs, heating pad and pain killers and muscle relaxer and hope this whole mess with get better.
My injuries are bad enough to retire me. There is no excuse for not treating me. If I didn't have a good husband I wouldn't have made it through this. I want to give up but, the pain won't let me.
I guess I'm venting because really until I find another attorney who isn't as bad as my current one all I have are my Doctors and they are really all I ever had. The current attorney has stressed me out and drove me crazy. If workers comp gave me alittle treatment. Like nerve block. I'm getting worst because I don't get treatment. I have a perm. limp. I'm sure most everyone one here can relate to the pain. I guess I'm done venting and I see my Doctor next week and hopefully I will start getting alittle treatment. I don't know where the hope comes from but, that's today and tomorrow I will be negative. One day at a time. [/size]
