TTD
The only issue holding up my settlement which initiated a MSC instead of a walkthru is TTD.

During the 16 months I was off work, until made MMI by AME, and returned to work, I used Sick Leave and Vacation Leave. My claim was not accepted until recently, after I retired. AME said I was TTD from DOI. I/C delayed accepting claim for whatever reason???????

I/C says they now don't owe TTD, back mileage or self-paid scripts. I say they do. We have hearing set for WCAB to determine.

What am I missing?

Help please.

Thank you!

RE: TTD
a check.
don't worry; it'll come within 30 days of the judges decision.
is it a big check?
the bigger they are the harder they hang on to it.
P.S.
your atty should have some idea what their argument and evidence is.

Thanks 1171. I'm sure you are correct. I just hate playing the games. Smile
