I have already settled, the settlement papers read, If the MSA is not approved by CMS I will have open medical.
In Kansas that will mean scheduling a hearing if treatment is denied by the insurance company. My attorney has already said he will be there for me if that happens. |

Bummer knees...Congrats! After the IC low balled CMS did you receive any more paperwork from CMS pertaining to your case?

I did and from the time-line they gave me a decision will be made sometime this month on the MSA.
