Court date coming up and

So i was hurt in the year 200? while working for a distribution center through a temp agency. I was making $370.00 a week. But when I got hurt instead of getting 2/3 of my wage. I was getting paid the minimum workers comp. because my adjuster said since I was working through a temp agency I wasn't entitled to 2/3 my wage.

So 2 years later i get off workers comp and my lawyer says they weren't paying me my fair amount and that they owe me more than 12+ thousand in back pay. He says he's going to tell the judge that due to my injury it prevented me from getting another full time job. Do we have a case? or will the judge tell us it doesn't matter. what do you guys think my chances are of winning this?

also my doctor put me at a 11% disability rating. how much compensation do people get when they have a 11% rating? Although my adjuster sent me a letter that they disagree with that and are waiting for a supplemental report for the QME. My court date is in less than a week is this supplemental report needed in order to close my case? This happen in California
