Update (settlement)
Hi everybody
Those of you that have read my post's regarding my settlement and what I have been going thru waiting, I wanted to let you know that I finally heard from my attorneys office yesterday. Yea! Not as good as I would like it to be but we are going to be going to court hopefully this week they said. This will be to do the signing of the settlement. I will have open medical for life. Attorney will take his 20% plus fees. Probably will not be much left for me when he gets thru. We just sold my husband's truck over the weekend to pay bills with too. Felt bad doing that but they are baisically holding title and keys and we can get it back. His work did it for him. So at least he can get that back. This has been a long road and will be so glad to be able to get on with my life real soon.
But I just wanted to let you all know that finally some word.
Take Care everyone and thanks so much for the encouragement and help along the way.

Hi Deb,
Hopefully, the settlement /payment will commence swifty now! How gracious of your husbands work place. I hope he will be able to continue to work there, as they seem compasionate towards their workers troubles. Take care & prayers to you & family, Lilly Smile
