Cervical Fusion 2003, c5-c6. Herniated and damaged Disc L1- L4-L5 S1. Lumbar Spinal Cord stimulator implant 09-2008. Cervical ACDF revision with hardware c4-c5-c6-c7 Sept 2009. SSDI approved 3-2010. NOW OFFICIALY RETIRED |

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

Apparently Im gnna get to deal with the pain for life as well..Fusion seems to be taking but top and bottom screw heads r protruding out. My right shoulder has a tear and causes alot of pain but since the ER didnt list it in my original injury workmans comp wont cover it..Heres a tip...List ALL aches and pains for workmans comp or the wont authorize that bodypart for treatment like Im now going thru. My doctor says May 15th I'll get my impairment rating of somewhere between 13% and 18%. Anyone know roughly how much thats worth
