Well I haven't gotten my impairment rating yet as I haven't been released to go back to work yet. The only thing I know is I have.loss of some ranges of motion and can only stand or walk for around 3 to 4 hrs and I gotta get off of it due to the swelling around the plate and the fact it just hurts. I go to the doctor mon he might released me then but I don't know how I will go back because the.more strenuous the activity the quicker it swells.I have a job lined up but the pay is way less.it just sucks I can't do the things I used to do. My lawyer will send.me to.his.orthopedic doctor to get a fair impairment rating as my doctor is being wishy washy as im sure workers comp is pushing him to get me back.

RE: confused on everything workmans comp.
getting a CDL may not be in your future...the ODOT physicals are hard on your body if you have any disabilty you may not pass...many a CDL driver is on here and injured and have lost their jobs because of this my husband is one of them

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
