Temporary disability benefits

I live in California. I've read the state worker's compensation site about TTD, but am a little confused. An injury that takes place after January 1st, 2008 is eligible 104 weeks of TTD within a five year period. I've been on and off work and don't know whether it means that the TTD clock stops each time I returned to work. According to my adjustor I only have three days left of TTD, but if the above rule is true it wouldn't make sense because I haven't reached the two year mark yet. Any thoughts?

during the 5 yr window starting with your injury date count the number of weeks you were paid TTD;
it stops after the 104th week.

you didn't say when your injury date was but I assume you counted correctly.
sounds like your adjuster should read the TTD fact sheet; they still may be stuck in the pre-2008 era.
