RE: Frauds should be prosecuted......
No dr or judge can really tell that some one is faking, other then photos of someone going out and beond restrictions.... But even my attorney said that is the way wc plays, even if they get a photo of you doing somthing against your restrictions does not mean your faking.. I would welcome any dispute, that photo only shows that time, not your time spent in bed due to pain...
After reading the horror stories of injured workers accused of being fakers... I have often fantisize going up to a judge/wc dr and just start giving him a beating of a life time. Constant kidney punches every 5 sec and tell him your not done working yet, it dont hurt that bad your here for another 7 hrs......... |

Lmao bronco - thanks for the giggle. I get lots of doctors who like to state that since my fusion is solid...I should be fine. I had three surgeries total, two fusions with the last one being a 360 fusion where they open you up front in stomach and thru the back. Plus a spinal cord stimulator with laminectomy. I'm not ok. The bone may be solid but those damn 6 screws and those cages and bars are awfully painful in my back. Jerks, somedays I'd like to have a doctor feel the pain I feel everyday.

RE: Frauds should be prosecuted......
Give me a break... what total BS. People who fraud the system are a holes making it harder for those who really need it. They are trying to get me for this. They are even going as far as using my children against me in court. Just because there is (as of right now) no visible injury does not mean that I am not in pain everyday. They are trying to use my choice to cyber school my children as I am able to work. They have also tried to use my facebook postings of me going to camp against me. They have no real evidence, while people who go out and do these types of things go years and years with out being caught. BS
