Shoulder injury
I have been fighting with my employer since Nov 2010 about getting injured. In Feb 2011 I finally told them point blank I needed a doctor. Now the Dr. did not seem so concerned and sent me to therpy. Well its been another 4 weeks and still no better. Dealing with work and the workmans comp is not an easy task. Does any one have any thoughts about what I may need to do now? I am open to all suggestions. I am not sure of the Georgia laws and how they work. Thanks

My suggestion is talk to a lawyer, I did not have one in the beginning and once I got one things seemed to go a bit better. You must find one that deals with WC. Good luck to you!
