INDEMNITY CHECKS STOPPED
Hi there, I was injured in Wi. I was told I have a labral tear on my shoulder, and was being paid per week since October till Jan , when I got a EMG test done and it came out normal, , I saw Dr on jan 25, and still restricted me from work, so I faxed that paper over to Insurance Adjuster. She then stopped my checks because felt that EMG proved I was back to normal. I spoke to Dr, and explained what was going on, he provided me with another work status report on the Feb 24 indicating I was still restricted from working. Thing here is Dr's office made a mistake and sent in two different work status reports from Jan 25, one indicating I couldnt work, and another saying yes. I spoke to them and even Dr, said it could have been a mistake. I havent been paid for 4 or 5 weeks now, and adjuster said she couldnt ammend the work status report, I am now having a hard time getting Dr's office to fix the error, which is clearly hurting my case. The adjuster keeps saying I should be normal, and have no pain. I think its absurd how they think they know how you feel. I beleive she is just trying to get me to go away from claim. I feel pain everyday and worst at night, on my shoulder and back neck area. I really need some advice, or a number to a good lawyer or attorney that deals with Wisconsin Work Mans comp. Any advise here would be greatlty appreciated. Thanks
