sneeky litle devils.
My wheels were turning today, back in nov 19th I had my end of healing and the impairment rating done. I was told I would recieve it 2 to 3 weeks per dr saying.. With the holidays near I didnt expect to see it til mid jan and now mid feb still not here eventhough the wc has had a copy for 3 weeks. I called to see what the heck was taking to long, eventhough they had my address it was sent to wc ins. They played that slick, so I requested all medical records from that dr and will see the report here tomorow or sat at the latest.

The best part is this lady from the medical records remembers specificaly the adjuster telling them I didnt need a copy so to just send it to them............. Very interesting game they played.

I'm wondering if my lawyer tomorow asks the clinic to fax that report to him if they will do it so he can read it while I'm there.
