Bronoco if you have not applied for SSD & SSDI, do so.

I would see no problem with you being approved given your injuries.

One of the first things I received after being approved by Social Security Administration was information on the ticket to work program and paper work to take to Voc Rehab if I am interested in retraining.

I see my lawyer tomorow to figure out this mess, I hope he jumps right in.. I know its more profit for my lawyer if I dont go for ssdi, but it will be my decision.. My primary says he would help and sees no problem, but I have seen many without much of a injury get it and some that have been denied that really should have it....

Bronco I really feel it depends on your worker and your Doctor....if in your first face to face interview your worker feels you are disabled followed by well documated Drs and testing there is no problems.....

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

Now it is just a waiting game. I use to preach about everyone being proactive. I have since given that up. Very few if any listened. I will try one more time.

This is when you need to be mentally proavtive. It is like a game of chess. I never think of the more I am about to make. I always think about what my opponent is going to do and then what I will do and then what thier responce will be and then what mine will be.

The time has come to think about what thier next move is, and what your response will be. True enough they are confined by the law, but that does not mean they can't play games.

Take Care

8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom.

RE: WC pulled a fast one....
Its sad to say but thats what it might have to become before the system works for everyone.. I always knew I was one of the lucky ones and thought I would sail right through. Reality struck me hard yesterday and realized I am no longer different... Its making me feel like a ant with a kid holding a magnified glass over me and its only been 1 1/2 days.....
